Description

  • Own the strategy and execution for marketing-sourced pipeline generation.
  • Set targets, forecast performance, and recommend budget allocation across channels and programs.
  • Manage paid acquisition across paid search, paid social, CTV, retargeting, and emerging channels.
  • Continuously test audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve CAC and conversion rates.
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified demand and pipeline.
  • Develop conversion-focused campaign content, offers, messaging, and campaign calendars from concept through optimization.
  • Design and run account-based marketing programs for high-value accounts, verticals, and segments.
  • Drive organic growth through technical SEO, structured content, and AI-discovery optimization.
  • Own landing page and conversion-rate optimization across key user journeys.
  • Build and maintain measurement, attribution, reporting, and growth scorecards tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • Introduce practical automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, insight, and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, sales, leadership, and operations to strengthen the GTM system.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, media, or a related category.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and improving conversion, not just generating activity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO, landing pages, CRO, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Experience building structure and process in an environment that is still evolving.
  • Ability to move from execution into system design and understand how the broader GTM engine works together.
  • Strong analytical and strategic judgment with the ability to prioritize highest-impact opportunities in a lean environment.
  • Practical fluency with AI tools and automation workflows, with good judgment about where to start and where not to overbuild.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills across marketing, sales, product marketing, leadership, and operations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern GTM workflows.
  • Experience supporting both managed-service and self-serve or hybrid GTM motions (nice to have).
  • Experience in CTV, adtech, martech, media, or measurement-related businesses (nice to have).
  • Experience designing growth systems, reporting frameworks, or cross-functional GTM processes (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Webflow, Clay, Canva, or related workflow and automation platforms (nice to have).
  • Experience in a builder-stage or high-growth environment where infrastructure needed to be created, not maintained (nice to have).
