Description

  • Serve as a product expert and provide educators with implementation strategies tailored to classroom needs.
  • Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development.
  • Facilitate in-person professional development sessions at schools and districts, with significant travel during the year.
  • Set up, host, and present regional IXL Live events in coordination with the events team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL.
  • Work with customer success and sales team members to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Deliver national webinars to support educator learning and product adoption.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
  • Department- or school-level leadership experience is a plus.
  • Educational professional development experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using Google Apps and Zoom.
  • Must live close to a major airport.
  • Full-time remote position for candidates located in Texas.
