Description

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and improve post-sales client learning programs.
  • Assess client training needs and design training content and materials with marketing and internal teams.
  • Create and deliver enablement training for clients and customer success teams across in-person, virtual, and prerecorded formats.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to build training programs aligned to business goals.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new and existing programs, tools, and processes through training and education.
  • Handle administrative training tasks such as scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
  • Communicate updates and progress to internal teams and leadership to support successful content implementation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track training metrics, report on program effectiveness, and use feedback to improve enablement efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to drive ownership and product adoption.
  • Travel up to 40% for onsite meetings and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, client education, success enablement, or a related area.
  • Experience defining curriculum, developing training content, and delivering course material in prerecorded, in-person, and virtual instructor-led formats.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship management skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating visually appealing partner-facing presentations.
  • Proactive, creative, self-disciplined, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Confidence speaking with people in different roles and adapting to varied environments.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire others.
