Description

  • Set up and test virtual training platforms before sessions.
  • Monitor breakout rooms, screen sharing, polls, and other live engagement tools during programs.
  • Troubleshoot participant audio, video, and connectivity issues in real time.
  • Coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve escalated technical problems.
  • Confirm attendance and keep sessions running on schedule.
  • Share knowledge check links, track results, and flag issues to the Executive Instructor.
  • Manage end-of-day communications and distribute post-session content.
  • Upload training materials, manage permissions, and complete pre-session technical setup.
  • Act as the Executive Instructor’s technical partner during live sessions.
  • Provide clear, professional troubleshooting support to participants without interrupting session flow.

Requirements

  • Experience using and troubleshooting virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Webex, or similar tools.
  • Prior experience in virtual training support or technical customer service is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills under time pressure.
  • Clear, professional communication style.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
  • Must be comfortable with short-term, program-based assignments with no guaranteed minimum hours.
  • Must be available for a 4-week paid training and onboarding period.
  • Must be able to commit to a 9am-5pm schedule for the first 4 weeks of onboarding/training.
  • Remote work location in Canada, with a strong preference for Eastern Time Zone.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required for on-site program support, with expenses paid.
