Description

  • Facilitate professional learning sessions on best practices for product usage aligned to instructional practices.
  • Deliver large-scale professional development in virtual environments.
  • Coordinate professional development and technical services both in person and virtually.
  • Create and maintain a detailed project schedule with the Renaissance Project Management team.
  • Work closely with Renaissance leaders to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain clear communication with schools, district leaders, state leaders, and Renaissance.
  • Hold weekly status meetings with key leaders in coordination with the Project Management team.
  • Build awareness for the implementation across stakeholder groups.
  • Work remotely and onsite as needed to monitor implementation and recommend next steps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or expand the state's implementation.

Requirements

  • Part-time availability of 20 hours per week, with up to 40 hours per week during Back to School season.
  • Experience delivering large-scale professional development in a virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of Maryland state standards, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Renaissance products.
  • Ability to communicate with key state and district leaders.
  • Understanding of how school districts operate within the state.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders both remotely and onsite.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
