Description

  • Sell primarily to new customers while expanding business with existing customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal close.
  • Communicate product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and tailor support throughout the sales process.
  • Meet sales goals and quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Design and implement creative sales strategies.
  • Stay current on market trends and customer feedback to improve offerings.
  • Provide exceptional service to current and prospective customers.
  • Promote Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences and events in Europe.
  • Travel within the territory to customer sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in the edtech or software industry.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of web and mobile applications.
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
