Description

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and engage actively in the AI/ML community.
  • Conduct discovery with prospects and present the Arize vision.
  • Execute a sophisticated prospecting strategy to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Create sales plays, write talk tracks, and research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors.
  • Manage proof-of-concept engagements and drive customer adoption.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders to support deal success.
  • Understand customer use cases, scope licensing, and identify opportunities to expand workloads.
  • Work complex enterprise sales cycles and close new business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Full-cycle sales experience with the ability to navigate complex enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn sales technologies used to find and attract prospects.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in limited-process environments.
  • Fast-paced, customer-focused, and motivated to help prospects and customers.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and objectively share field observations.
  • Previous selling experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning is preferred.
  • BANT or MEDDIC methodology experience is preferred.
