Description

  • Communicate product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs to provide personalized support throughout the sales process.
  • Meet sales goals consistently.
  • Help design and implement new sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Promote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwide.
  • Travel 75% to 80% of the time, including periodic overnight trips.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 3+ years of educational sales experience.
  • Classroom experience or experience in a related educational field preferred.
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energy and creativity in pursuing sales goals.
  • Passion for bringing technology into the classroom.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area, specifically San Mateo County, San Francisco County, or Alameda County.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $85,000 to $105,000.
  • Commission eligibility.
  • Benefits package.
  • Remote work arrangement for eligible candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
