Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement unit and automation testing, DevOps practices, and streamlined CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment.
  • Build and maintain server-side solutions and RESTful web services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Design and implement architectures with a focus on performance, security, and integration across RDBMS/NoSQL and cloud technologies.
  • Partner with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to refine user stories and align on customer requirements.
  • Lead software engineers by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members.
  • Troubleshoot large-scale, complex systems and drive process improvements across engineering teams.
  • Advise the team on emerging technologies, security standards, DevOps processes, and identity management practices.
  • Contribute to the strategy and execution of multiple product releases.
  • Support device management solutions across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Extensive expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and developing applications and web services within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Experience with RESTful services and API gateways.
  • Strong background in RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, API Gateway, ElasticSearch, and Apache Kafka.
  • Solid exposure to AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Deep understanding of system performance and scalability principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership guiding small engineering teams through the design, implementation, and delivery of substantial software components.
  • Familiarity working with Linux-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of software security standards and microservice architectures.
  • Well-versed in DevOps tools and processes.
  • Experience with SAML, OAuth, identity management, and Certificate/PKI technologies is advantageous.
