Description

  • Create and execute channel distribution strategies to meet commercial sales and revenue goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and distribution partners aligned with growth objectives.
  • Design partner programs and incentives that drive partner performance and engagement.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-assisted forecasts for the commercial distribution route to market.
  • Track pipeline generation, revenue targets, new logos, and other key performance metrics.
  • Monitor partner compliance with deal registrations, certifications, plan coverage, and program requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, resellers, and other channel partners.
  • Serve as the main liaison between Ivanti and channel partners to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of channel managers and sales professionals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, enablement, support, and other internal teams to support partner success.
  • Optimize operational processes such as order management, forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • Prepare performance reports, analyze channel data, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in distribution management and channel sales, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Experience scaling channel networks and managing large distributor or partner relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, PRM platforms, analytics tools, and sales software.
  • Strong understanding of commercial distribution models and agreements.
  • Ability to forecast sales, analyze trends, and develop data-driven strategic plans.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Willingness to travel about 40%, domestically and internationally, as needed.
