Description

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Account Managers in your region.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Renewals, and Marketing on strategic account plans.
  • Manage customer escalations to ensure timely, well-coordinated resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform.
  • Monitor emerging cloud security threats and stay current on the Wiz ecosystem.
  • Help customers develop Success Plans with goals and key performance indicators.
  • Measure customer progress against success metrics and report results internally and externally.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs across product management, support, engineering, and other teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams.
  • Practical understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
  • CSP-level certifications such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer preferred.
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and their security considerations.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
