Description

  • Lead and develop a team of 6–10 Engineering Specialists through coaching, engagement, and career development.
  • Manage team performance against established goals and quotas.
  • Coach team members to deepen technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and measurable results.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture aligned with Veeam’s core values.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to improve departmental effectiveness and scalability.
  • Monitor and improve operational metrics through data-driven analysis.
  • Serve as a mentor to Managers and Associate Managers by sharing leadership best practices.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and support a strong service reputation across strategic accounts.
  • Delegate effectively and empower team members to operate with ownership and accountability.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building, training, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven technical expertise with data centers and data protection technologies.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop engineering staff serving strategic customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving priorities and organizational needs.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
