Description

Proactively source licensed clinicians through platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.
Engage potential candidates through outreach, messaging, and calls before they apply.
Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert applicant interest into active candidates.
Conduct screening calls to assess experience, availability, and preferences.
Prepare and submit candidate profiles for open roles with accurate credentials and job fit details.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and keep unplaced candidates warm for future opportunities.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process with regular follow-ups and updates.
Handle compensation discussions and provide feedback on market rates, competitor activity, and candidate expectations.
Create and post job content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to build brand visibility and attract clinicians.
Engage in relevant online communities to generate inbound interest and support social media brand building.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
Experience working with both inbound and outbound leads.
Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments.
U.S. healthcare or travel staffing recruitment experience is advantageous.
Experience using sourcing platforms and CRM/ATS systems is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong hunter mentality with proactive sourcing ability.
High resilience and ability to handle rejection.
Excellent speed and responsiveness.
Strong relationship-building, organization, and follow-up discipline.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Comfort working flexible hours aligned to candidate availability.
Fully remote work readiness with a fixed fibre internet line of at least 25 Mbps upload/download and wired Ethernet support.
Reliable power backup to manage load shedding and power outages.
Willingness to work Mon to Fri from 14:30 to 23:30 SA time, alternating weekends, and South African and U.S. public holidays.

Commission plus basic salary.
