Description

  • Execute high-volume candidate outreach through calls, SMS, and email to support active hiring pipelines and regional priorities.
  • Schedule interviews and help keep recruiting processes running smoothly.
  • Track and organize candidate documents and onboarding materials, ensuring accurate and timely handoffs to Dispatch and Compliance.
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready candidate records in the ATS/CRM and Excel.
  • Build and execute creative multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates in high-demand markets.
  • Test new outreach methods and recruiting technologies, and document performance results to scale successful approaches.
  • Flag urgent candidate drop-offs, pipeline gaps, or process bottlenecks to the assigned recruiter for action.
  • Create and maintain data-driven reports and workflows to support proactive sourcing in underperforming or emerging markets.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or an administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating and executing sourcing or marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM to manage candidate records and workflows.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
