Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and kickoff alignment.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Drive a strong candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of Wellhub.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, funnel data, and process bottlenecks to propose efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with global labor laws, SLAs, cost centers, candidate stages, and budget alignment in Greenhouse.
  • Proactively source from underrepresented groups and reduce bias throughout the selection process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as People Ops and OD&B to support onboarding and employer branding.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily TA workflows to improve job descriptions, candidate ranking, sourcing, and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in high-demand, fast-paced environments such as startups or global companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • High familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and experience using AI tools to optimize talent acquisition tasks.
  • Ability to use market intelligence and talent insights to inform data-backed hiring decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to align salary expectations with internal budgets and financial constraints.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with strong preference for Greenhouse.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment and fluency in English are mandatory requirements.
  • Based in Brazil and able to work remotely within the country.
