Description

Proactively source clinicians through platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.
Respond quickly to inbound applicants and convert interest into active pipeline candidates.
Conduct screening calls to assess experience, availability, credentials, and role fit.
Prepare and submit accurate candidate profiles for open travel contract roles.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle.
Keep unplaced candidates engaged for future contract opportunities.
Handle compensation discussions professionally with realistic market knowledge.
Create and post recruiting content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Engage in relevant online communities to attract clinicians and increase brand visibility.
Provide regular proactive updates without needing to be prompted.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, including both inbound and outbound hiring.
Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environment.
Strong proactive sourcing ability and a genuine hunter mentality.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
High resilience and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum.
Strong relationship-building skills and a warm, approachable personality.
Highly organized with excellent pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
Comfortable working flexible hours aligned to U.S. business hours.
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating social platforms and sourcing tools.
Experience in U.S. healthcare or travel therapy staffing is advantageous.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Vivian or Allied Travel Careers is advantageous.
Experience using a CRM or ATS system is advantageous.
Social media content creation experience for recruitment or employer branding is advantageous.

Benefits

Fully remote work environment.
Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Compensation for South African public holidays in accordance with the BCEA.
