Description

  • Produce marketing assets and creative content in-house, including social graphics, campaign visuals, email creative, decks, banners, infographics, one-pagers, ads, and short-form video.
  • Write and edit copy across blogs, case studies, social posts, email, LinkedIn newsletters, web pages, campaign collateral, and sales enablement materials.
  • Own the content calendar and ensure content is planned, produced, and published on time while maintaining brand voice and visual identity.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, from brief to delivery.
  • Create ad copy and campaign assets for Meta and other paid channels, and support basic campaign setup and performance monitoring.
  • Set up campaign tracking, ensure activity is correctly tagged for reporting, and analyse performance to inform future campaigns.
  • Own 50% of organic social across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, including content planning, production, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Manage CMS content updates, build campaign landing pages, and liaise with the web agency on development work.
  • Support events marketing and on-the-day coordination, and contribute to broader marketing projects and go-to-market testing.
  • Identify content gaps, propose proactive ideas, and use AI tools and smart workflows to maintain production quality and speed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on ownership of content, creative, and campaign delivery.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both writing ability and design output, with examples of copy and creative assets.
  • Proven, evidenced impact from campaigns or content programmes, supported by work samples or portfolio links.
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
  • Proven experience in paid social, website management, and events alongside core content and creative work.
  • Strong copywriting across formats with a confident, adaptable brand voice.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Figma, used regularly.
  • Comfortable setting up, running, and reporting on Meta paid ad campaigns at a basic to intermediate level.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Manager, Semrush, HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform, and basic marketing reporting.
  • Comfortable working with a CMS such as WordPress for content and page management.
  • A degree in Marketing or CIM Level 6 (Diploma in Professional Marketing) as a minimum; related degrees such as Communications or Journalism may be considered with a strong portfolio and track record.
  • Portfolio of work submitted with the application is non-negotiable.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience in B2B marketing.
  • A strong creative and design eye with the ability to produce high-quality work independently.
  • Commercial mindset and the ability to connect creative decisions to business outcomes.
