Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects for clients.
  • Meet with clients after the sale to gather data and define customization needs.
  • Translate business requirements into software requirements and implementation plans.
  • Guide clients through system configuration using a Train-the-Trainer approach.
  • Document requirements, process flows, statements of work, wireframes, and configuration artifacts.
  • Partner with project managers to plan, track, and control multiple project initiatives.
  • Coordinate client enhancements with internal teams and upcoming development sprints.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects and support content accuracy review.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and secure sign-off for new features.
  • Manage customer relationships, communication, troubleshooting, and ongoing implementation support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3 years of relevant experience, or 5–7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Direct customer-facing experience and implementation delivery experience.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices and procedures.
  • Ability to specify technical changes to development teams.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions.
  • Ability to work during US Eastern time every day.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to build effective working relationships.
