Description

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients after the initial sale.
  • Create growth plans for assigned client portfolios and apply account management strategies to support Borealis growth.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the client portfolio, including account-level planning and oversight.
  • Identify client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Deliver business presentations to stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
  • Follow up proactively with clients to maintain engagement and meet internal expectations.
  • Advise clients on system adoption by assessing usage, defining objectives, and rolling out strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Help clients define business processes and implement them in Borealis, including recommending best practices and practical workarounds.
  • Work with SAAS teams to provide reporting and KPI insights.
  • Coordinate with Project, Technical, Product, and Account Director teams to meet client objectives and support delivery of additional services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • A third language such as French or Portuguese is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or another relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or solution consulting.
  • 2-3 years of experience with SaaS or CRM is a plus.
  • Strong technical and computer software background in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience growing and maintaining client accounts, negotiating contracts and budgets, and scoping client requests technically and financially.
  • Strong communication skills, including comfort calling clients to clarify issues.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Cultural competence and flexibility to adapt to global clients and different communication styles.
  • Available to work atypical hours to align with clients across time zones, especially Québec business hours.
  • Ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously and remain flexible.
