Description

  • Respond to buyer inquiries promptly and accurately via chat across e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify buyer needs by asking relevant probing questions and guiding them toward solutions.
  • Acknowledge, resolve, and follow up on buyer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor buyer complaints and proactively initiate outbound chat to provide assistance.
  • Analyze and report product and promotion issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Update internal databases with product issues and important buyer discussions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Vendor Acquisition, Key Account Management, Marketing, Production, and Fulfillment.
  • Attend course refreshers to stay current on products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while ensuring buyer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO or captive environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in consumer electronics or a similar customer-facing, phone, or chat support role.
  • Above-average English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Above-average typing speed.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong problem-solving, active listening, and proactive thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Advantageous to have background or exposure to the SEA e-commerce market.
