Description

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Golang.
  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures and cloud-native solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best development practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance, security, and reliability.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Take ownership of backend development and help select appropriate technologies and tools for each solution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Golang.
  • Solid understanding of concurrent programming, distributed systems, and microservices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS is preferred.
  • Understanding of GraphQL, WebSockets, and streaming architectures is preferred.
  • Experience in AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain-related projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in backend development is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
