Description

  • Design, build, test, and document core software components.
  • Develop features across the control plane, relay infrastructure, and identity integrations.
  • Contribute to open-source client code and backend services.
  • Own features and services throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation through implementation and strategic decisions.
  • Build observability into running services, participate in incident response, and handle customer support escalations.
  • Analyze and improve system efficiency, scalability, and stability.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to shape features.
  • Apply a security-first approach to software design and implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience with distributed systems.
  • Experience with Go.
  • Experience with one or more SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing and routing.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Comfort collaborating with highly technical teams in an asynchronous, fully remote environment.
