Description

  • Work alongside Senior Client Success Managers to support major clients and their enrolled learners.
  • Resolve learner challenges in a timely manner and drive an exceptional operational experience for clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Learner Support, Product, Technology, Marketing, clients, and academic partners.
  • Identify learner escalation trends and surface feedback to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the learner perspective internally to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Provide escalation support for clinical programming and other strategic client needs as needed.
  • Act as the primary client liaison for learner-related and support issues.
  • Maintain client updates and documentation in Salesforce, client notes, and internal communication channels.
  • Build presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Analyze learner, client, and partner feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success and/or client services, preferably in technology-enabled services.
  • Experience with a customer-first mindset and building long-term internal and external relationships.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience using generative AI tools to identify trends, draft communications, and improve documentation while reviewing outputs for accuracy and relevance.
  • Excellent independent judgment to evaluate options and make informed decisions in the best interests of the learner, partners, and company.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Jira is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Must be located in one of the eligible states listed in the job posting.
