Description

  • Conduct daily outreach to scientific, quality, manufacturing, and training teams through calls, emails, and one-on-one product demos.
  • Drive product adoption by delivering awareness and training sessions to existing biopharma customers and research institutes.
  • Increase engagement and usage through presentations at industry exhibits, conferences, webinars, and onsite customer visits.
  • Support subscription renewals by ensuring smooth implementation, ongoing engagement, and consistent use of JoVE resources.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key decision makers and align customer activities with strategic objectives and evolving needs.
  • Serve as a trusted scientific partner by understanding customer research workflows and matching JoVE solutions to those needs.
  • Share customer feedback with sales, product, and marketing teams to help influence product decisions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on research experience in wet-lab or research environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of experimental workflows such as assay development, protocol optimization, or data analysis.
  • Experience working in biopharma companies, CROs, CDMOs, or research centers is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing role with regular outreach, live demonstrations, and scientific discussions.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
