Description

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and goals.
  • Provide timely support via email, phone, and chat to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and support product enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, tutorials, and resources that help customers get more value from the products.
  • Proactively identify and address customer risks or challenges to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Basic familiarity with customer success software, CRM systems, and related tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and self-discipline.
  • No degree required; relevant experience and skills are valued.
  • Experience in a customer service, support, or similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Additional language skills are preferred, if applicable.
