Description

  • Guide clients through the One Legal platform to complete tasks.
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries through clear verbal and written communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
  • Advocate for clients by reviewing materials and sharing feedback with internal teams.
  • Represent the client voice to help influence product improvements.
  • Solve problems efficiently to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Collaborate with managers to meet corporate goals and key performance indicators.
  • Embrace new technology and suggest process improvements to improve service and efficiency.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Support de-escalation efforts and follow company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, with call center experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, especially legal services, is a plus.
  • Experience optimizing telephonic support systems; DialPad experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of legal or litigation support experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required; advanced studies or equivalent work experience valued.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and demonstrate empathy in client interactions.
  • Open to coaching, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
