Description

  • Conduct daily outreach to pediatric practices, primary care offices, and school providers to introduce InStride’s services.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with established referral partners and provide the materials and information they need.
  • Deliver InStride’s value proposition to clinical staff and referral coordinators.
  • Assist with planning and executing local community events, webinars, and regional conferences.
  • Maintain CRM records to track outreach activity and referral trends.
  • Partner with Clinical and Admissions teams to support warm handoffs for referred families.
  • Gather referral partner feedback and share it with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to improve the referral experience.
  • Support foundational execution of the company’s healthcare business development and growth strategy under senior leadership guidance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, customer-facing roles, sales, or healthcare operations.
  • High empathy and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
  • Interest in learning the New York healthcare ecosystem and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Based in the New York City metropolitan area.
  • Willingness to travel locally for provider visits and events.
  • Comfortable learning new digital tools, including CRM platforms and data reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools (preferred).

  • Expected annual base salary of $80,000–$90,000.
