Description

  • Design, build, and own production-grade automation and agent workflows across business systems.
  • Administer Salesforce and NetSuite day to day, including users, permissions, objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain data quality, governance, and HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI across systems and automations.
  • Run sandbox-first change management, testing, release, rollback, and version control processes.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Linear.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value systems and automation improvements.
  • Advise on business systems architecture, automation strategy, and responsible AI usage.
  • Engineer, test, and evaluate Claude-based prompts and agent configurations before production deployment.
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and system handoff materials for long-term maintainability.
  • Coach and enable teams to solve their own automation and systems problems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business systems, technical operations, revenue operations, workflow automation, or a comparable systems role at a tech company.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a production org, including permission sets, sharing models, custom objects and fields, Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and sandbox-to-production deployment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including roles and permissions, custom records and fields, saved searches, workflows, and reporting.
  • Deep experience with a comparable ERP plus a credible plan to ramp on NetSuite will be considered.
  • Quote-to-cash fluency, including how opportunities become orders, invoices, and recognized revenue.
  • Experience cleaning up messy data through bulk operations, deduplication, ownership reassignment, and mass updates with backups and rollback paths.
  • Specialist-level experience building multi-step agentic workflows with integrations, conditional logic, and error handling using Claude, Zapier, n8n, Slack, Linear, Notion, and Salesforce.
  • Prompt engineering fluency, including designing and evaluating system prompts and agent configurations for reliable LLM behavior.
  • Technical fluency to read API docs, understand data structures and payloads, debug integration failures, and learn unfamiliar platforms independently.
  • Strong trust-building skills with non-technical stakeholders, especially Finance and RevOps.
  • An AI-native working style with specific examples of agent systems and AI workflows you have built.
  • A coaching instinct and experience helping non-technical people level up on complex tools.
  • Sound judgment around PHI boundaries, HIPAA requirements, segregation of duties, and responsible automation design.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification; NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
  • Preferred: scripting depth in SuiteScript or the ability to read and debug Apex and SOQL.
  • Preferred: experience with iPaaS or integration middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft.
  • Preferred: CPQ, billing, or revenue recognition tooling experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience with inventory, RMA, or supply chain data in an ERP.
  • Preferred: experience at a growth-stage company building workflows before the playbook existed.
