Description

  • Administer Acumatica configuration, user access, security, workflows, and module settings.
  • Design and implement Finance solutions using Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, reports, and approval workflows.
  • Support and optimize accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting, billing, reporting, and month-end close processes.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to define requirements, configure workflows, test changes, train users, and deliver operational improvements.
  • Troubleshoot Acumatica issues and coordinate with implementation partners, integration developers, and vendors.
  • Own the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration, including monitoring, invoice processing, field mapping, exception triage, and root-cause resolution.
  • Support adjacent integrations, including Host-to-Host banking, BambooHR, and Power BI data pipelines.
  • Lead change governance, testing, risk assessment, rollout, and stabilization for Acumatica upgrades and integrations.
  • Maintain documentation covering Acumatica configuration, customizations, integration architecture, data flows, and governance decisions.
  • Use JIRA and Alimentiv’s Finance Change Delivery Process to manage change approvals and evidence.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Acumatica administration experience across Finance and adjacent modules; direct Acumatica experience is required.
  • Hands-on SAP Concur experience in invoice processing, accounts payable workflows, or system administration.
  • Experience leading Acumatica major-version upgrades, including customization risk assessment, testing, and rollout.
  • Experience configuring Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, and approval workflows.
  • Experience administering Acumatica across Finance, Projects, and Procurement modules.
  • Experience with ERP system integrations and middleware such as Celigo.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools connected to ERP data sources.
  • Experience in a professional services, CRO, or life sciences environment is preferred.
  • Acumatica certification in Business Consultant, Advanced Financials, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Project Accounting, Manufacturing, or Construction are an asset.
