Description

  • Administer Acumatica configuration, user access, security, workflows, and module settings.
  • Design and implement Finance solutions using Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, custom reports, and approval workflows.
  • Support and optimize accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting, billing, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to define requirements, configure workflows, test changes, provide training, and support operational rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot Acumatica issues and coordinate resolution with implementation partners and vendors.
  • Own the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration, including monitoring, invoice processing triage, field mapping, exception management, and root-cause analysis.
  • Support the operational health of Host-to-Host banking, BambooHR, and Power BI data integrations.
  • Document configuration, integrations, data flows, mappings, customizations, and governance decisions.
  • Lead change governance, including impact assessments, approvals, JIRA evidence, and cross-domain coordination.
  • Support Acumatica upgrades through customization risk assessment, testing, rollout coordination, and post-upgrade stabilization.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Acumatica administration experience across Finance and adjacent modules; direct Acumatica experience is required.
  • Hands-on SAP Concur experience with invoice processing, accounts payable workflows, or system administration.
  • Experience managing Acumatica major-version upgrades, including customization risk assessment, test validation, and coordinated rollout.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, and approval workflows.
  • Experience administering Acumatica Finance, Projects, and Procurement functionality is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP integrations and middleware such as Celigo is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI and reporting tools connected to ERP data is preferred.
  • Experience in professional services, CRO, or life sciences environments is preferred.
  • Acumatica certification in Business Consultant, Advanced Financials, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
  • Additional Acumatica certifications in Project Accounting, Manufacturing, or Construction are an asset.
