Description

  • Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion.
  • Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand infrastructure, transformation goals, and success metrics.
  • Lead technical workshops and deep-dive architecture sessions to align Insider One solutions with business objectives.
  • Run pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate value and support production rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing use in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • Escalate and manage technical blockers efficiently by coordinating cross-functional expertise.
  • Advocate for customer needs and business use cases within the product team.
  • Share best practices to support long-term customer strategy and maximize platform impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or SaaS platform implementation.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence technical decision-making in strategic client accounts.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience with pilots, proof of concepts, and scalable deployments.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, and database technologies.
  • Experience with marketing technologies, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or API integrations is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with webhooks, CDPs, or personalization engines is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable business solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; Dutch is an asset.
