Description

  • Own sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and acquisition through demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Support and mentor the SDR team to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline through outbound strategies.
  • Communicate the platform’s value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Help clients maximize the value of offers such as free trials.
  • Monitor market trends, unmet needs, emerging markets, and competitive activity.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Present sales results, revenue performance, and realistic forecasts to management.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and deliver reliable forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales principles, and negotiating principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective phone and listening skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Superior project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong technical curiosity and comfort with finding solutions and new ideas.
  • Experience in retail, finance, automotive, telecom, or travel is a big plus.
