Description

  • Drive consistent execution of the Provider operating model across down-market sellers to increase bookings and reinforce daily sales habits.
  • Establish standards for activity, pipeline management, deal execution, and forecasting discipline.
  • Create a high-accountability environment through performance dashboards, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and deal reviews.
  • Coach sellers in real time on discovery, call execution, objection handling, positioning, and closing strategy.
  • Operationalize a high-velocity sales motion by improving prioritization, removing friction points, and accelerating deal progression.
  • Lead execution across defined down-market segments through structured operating rhythms.
  • Optimize coverage of lower-value opportunities by clarifying ownership of inbound and outbound activity and standardizing workflows.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation aligned to quota expectations and ensure pipeline quality with clear next steps, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) integrity and pipeline hygiene.
  • Identify and prepare high-performing sellers for advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales coaching, preferably in a Challenger or consultative selling environment.
  • At least 4 years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline generation and sales productivity.
  • Experience coaching and developing early-career sellers.
  • Strong understanding of high-velocity, transactional sales motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process adherence and operational discipline.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools, including Salesforce.
  • Strong coaching presence with the ability to give direct, actionable feedback constructively.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, leadership, management, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Sales Excellence, Marketing, and Product.
  • Experience managing channel opportunities through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Strong cold calling skills and coaching experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales management, or a relevant field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.
  • Travel expected to be less than 25% to other Inovalon or client locations.

  • Base salary range of $95,800 to $118,000 USD.
