Description

  • Manage the client onboarding experience from intake through go-live.
  • Document client requirements and configure applications to fit provider business processes.
  • Set and manage project timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate through defined procedures, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Provide a consultative approach to understand provider workflows and optimize Inovalon products and services.
  • Identify and communicate product feedback and expansion opportunities to internal teams.
  • Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and company policy requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies, procedures, and mission-related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting software in a high-volume environment.
  • Healthcare IT experience with working knowledge of revenue cycle management, including claims, remits, and eligibility.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA transaction code sets and EDI standards, including ANSI X12, 835, 837, and 270/271.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and the ability to work across Windows and Linux.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management fundamentals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with clinical environments such as Ambulatory, Post-Acute, or Acute care settings is preferred.
  • Experience with patient payment platforms or scheduling and time and attendance software is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.
