Description

  • Lead customers from contract signature through implementation and go-live.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to drive product value realization and satisfaction.
  • Run integration reviews, quarterly business reviews, and onsite customer meetings.
  • Partner with Customer Success Engineers, support, and product managers to resolve implementation issues, bugs, and feature requests.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by uncovering additional use cases for Fingerprint.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and manage escalations.
  • Drive renewals with executive stakeholders, day-to-day contacts, and procurement teams.
  • Create and execute success plans to achieve 120% NRR and 90% GRR.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Planhat and provide process improvement feedback.
  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a Mid-Market or Enterprise Customer Success Manager role.
  • B2B SaaS, tech, and/or cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing the full customer journey from onboarding through renewals.
  • Cross-sell and upsell experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with a Customer Success Platform such as Gainsight or Planhat, plus Zendesk and Salesforce preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first environment.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to improve day-to-day efficiency, ideally Claude and Gemini.
  • Proficiency with macOS and remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, empathy, and diplomacy skills are preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work from home and Fingerprint does not sponsor visas.

  • $110,000 - $130,000 base salary for US-based employees.
  • On-target earnings of $130,000 - $155,000 for US-based employees.
