Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 20–30 active clients.
  • Lead client calls, check-ins, and ongoing communication.
  • Manage expectations, identify risks proactively, and prevent churn.
  • Own client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship health.
  • Diagnose and improve underperforming cold email campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot deliverability, inbox placement, list quality, and copy issues.
  • Quality-check campaigns before launch and optimize for performance metrics.
  • Build playbooks, documentation, and scalable operational processes.
  • Track client health, SLAs, delivery timelines, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with founders, developers, and outreach teams to resolve issues and improve execution.

Requirements

  • Experience leading client success, account management, delivery operations, or campaign ownership.
  • Background in cold email agencies, lead generation companies, or outbound growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cold email strategy, deliverability, warm-up systems, inbox placement, copywriting, and campaign troubleshooting.
  • Ability to personally write and optimize cold email copy.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, automations, campaign infrastructure, and data flows.
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day operational work.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DNS setup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email infrastructure is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments where systems are still being built.
