Description

  • Serve as the daily account lead and maintain proactive client communication.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple large, high-value client projects.
  • Ensure junior team members produce accurate account management deliverables, including status reports, meetings, and contact reports.
  • Lead productive project kickoffs and hold team members accountable for required documentation.
  • Coordinate Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes to ensure clean submissions and apply prior learnings.
  • Manage client budgets through ongoing coordination with project management, clients, and leadership.
  • Develop forecasts with project management and help meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively while maintaining profitability.
  • Support the development and presentation of statements of work.
  • Participate in new business opportunities and pitch presentations.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships across levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Lead brand planning and partner with strategy and creative teams on briefs and creative processes.
  • Work with strategy and analytics teams to evaluate program performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing accounts.
  • At least 3 years of agency and/or pharmaceutical-side experience.
  • Multichannel marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, grow, and extend meaningful client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Strong forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Clear understanding of multidisciplinary teams and when to engage resources.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and self-accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on time while supporting new business efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and business writing.
  • Willingness to learn and continue developing professionally.
