Description

  • Design and implement AI agents for enterprise-grade use cases using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Develop modular code for task decomposition, memory handling, and API-based tool integration.
  • Collaborate with AI strategists and architects on solution design and MVP delivery.
  • Test and fine-tune agent behavior using LLM APIs and embeddings.
  • Participate in internal code reviews, documentation, and reusable framework development.
  • Support pre-sales demos, client innovation sessions, and hands-on prototype creation.
  • Contribute to enterprise solutioning and business growth through strategic consulting support.
  • Work across functional business pillars in a collaborative, high-growth consulting environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; PhD preferred for architect-level roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with recent hands-on experience in agentic systems and LLM-based applications.
  • Strong Python experience and familiarity with orchestration libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of LLMs such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or Mistral, including prompt engineering, agent memory, tool calling, and autonomous task execution.
  • Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation in a consulting or enterprise services environment.
  • Understanding of enterprise solutioning with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus API integration and data security best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and consulting skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: strong proficiency in Python, Java, Spring, Maven, JSON, and object-oriented programming.
  • Preferred: exposure to cognitive architectures, planning-based agents, or reinforcement learning in real-world deployments.
  • Preferred: experience integrating AI agents into enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or custom apps via APIs.
  • Preferred: understanding of AI observability, performance monitoring, and ethical guidelines in GenAI systems.
