Description

  • Design and orchestrate AI agent architectures, including multi-agent workflows and internal copilots, integrated with the existing SDLC and CI/CD environment.
  • Define and evolve generative AI usage standards, including prompting guidelines, templates, RAG practices, prompt versioning, and data security and privacy policies.
  • Establish and track effectiveness metrics for the autonomous development pipeline, and drive continuous improvement plans.
  • Lead proofs of concept and experiments with new AI technologies and development tools, evaluating ROI, risk, governance, and productivity impact.
  • Ensure compliance with LGPD, internal policies, and other privacy, security, and governance requirements across the development pipeline.
  • Conduct workshops, tech talks, and internal training on software engineering, applied AI, and automation best practices.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating strategic needs into concrete technical solutions and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Contribute hands-on to critical code development in complex or strategic initiatives.
  • Build observability and feedback mechanisms for AI agents, including telemetry, logging, tracing, response quality evaluation, and retraining of prompts or policies.
  • Support, mentor, and upskill development teams through technical guidance and code reviews.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and multi-agent workflow design, including role separation, coordination, and human handoff.
  • Knowledge of RAG, vectors/embeddings, and integration of models with internal knowledge bases such as documentation, code, and wikis.
  • Understanding of generative AI limitations, risks, and biases, with the ability to design guardrails, validation, and filtering mechanisms.
  • Strong knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of major AI models such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
  • Prior experience building internal development platforms (Developer Platform / Internal Developer Platform - IDP).
  • Experience with CI/CD, pipeline automation, and integration across multiple environments.
  • Hands-on profile with an automation and operational efficiency mindset.
  • Experience with secure development, including threat mitigation and countermeasures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders and teammates.
  • Experience in highly complex organizational environments, such as large education institutions, banks, or major services companies, is preferred.
  • Contributions to technical communities, such as open source, talks, articles, or meetups, are preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enhanced code quality and productivity tools, such as assisted code review and automated test generation, is preferred.
