Description

  • Fix bugs, ship features, and automate recurring requests end to end.
  • Improve internal tools and the Nucleus platform to reduce manual work.
  • Write SQL, clean data, and support data operations and ad hoc reporting.
  • Debug issues, reproduce bugs, and validate fixes before release.
  • Test end-to-end flows and support QA for technical changes.
  • Translate operational pain points into well-scoped technical tasks.
  • Build AI-enabled workflows and integrate AI tools into day-to-day engineering work.
  • Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to deliver practical solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong fundamentals across the stack and experience working on full-time software projects.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind for internal UIs and dashboards.
  • Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and basic authentication concepts.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or Supabase, including data cleaning and validation.
  • Familiarity with GCP; AWS is a plus.
  • Daily use of AI tools or APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, including prompt engineering and structured outputs.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Playwright experience is a plus.
  • Stripe experience is a plus.
  • Python is desired.
  • HTML/CSS and shell scripting as needed.
  • Advanced English level (C1) and strong written/verbal communication skills.
