Description

  • Develop, test, and deploy code for prototypes and new product features.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and improve solution design.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team knowledge sharing.
  • Experiment with modern tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Adapt to evolving requirements and contribute to process improvements.
  • Design, develop, and implement prototypes and production-ready solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to design and build new product ideas.
  • Collaborate on experiments involving AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
  • Communicate progress and technical concepts to stakeholders and peers.
  • Adapt quickly to feedback and changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience for Senior level; related field or equivalent experience for Staff level.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience for Senior level; 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience for Staff level.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular and/or back-end technologies such as Node.js or Spring Boot.
  • Understanding of database fundamentals, including SQL or NoSQL.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, deal with ambiguity, and work independently to unblock execution.
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding workflows, including agentic coding operating models, MCP, and LLMs.
  • Preferred exposure to AI or machine learning principles or projects.
  • Preferred knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and distributed systems.
  • Preferred experience working in remote or globally distributed teams.
  • Preferred contributions to open source or tech community projects.
