Description

  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for assigned Developer Experience areas within the Omilia Cloud Platform.
  • Ship features autonomously from idea generation through production delivery using AI-coding tools and internal tooling.
  • Validate product hypotheses with working software before committing full engineering cycles.
  • Identify and remove friction points in the builder journey using usage data, field feedback, and direct observation.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on builder impact, platform scalability, and delivery feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering squads on larger initiatives and provide clear product direction to unblock delivery.
  • Contribute to the evolution of agentic application design patterns as the platform’s AI capabilities expand.
  • Represent the product in customer escalations and product reviews when needed.
  • Maintain documentation standards in Confluence and Jira for engineering and product teams.
  • Align with Product leadership on roadmap priorities and the direction of the Developer Experience pod.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in product management, product engineering, or a hybrid role at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping product to production.
  • Hands-on building capability to prototype, deploy, and iterate on features independently.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python preferred.
  • Meaningful experience with conversational AI, voice or IVR platforms, contact centre technology, speech applications, or chatbot development.
  • Fluency with AI/LLM concepts including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, intent classification, and agentic workflow design.
  • Developer experience thinking, including API design principles, flow builder ergonomics, documentation quality, and structured onboarding.
  • Data literacy to interpret usage analytics, build lightweight dashboards, and test product assumptions without a dedicated data team.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
  • Exposure to LangGraph, LangChain, or MCP is nice to have; Agile/Scrum certification such as PSPO or CSPO is also preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, Digital Humanities, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Business-level fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Additional European languages such as Greek, Italian, German, French, or Spanish are an asset.
