Description

  • Source and screen candidates for healthcare virtual assistant roles, including front desk, medical billing, clinical support, and related positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for communication skills, experience, and client fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and keep the applicant tracking system updated in Workable.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Work with the recruitment and operations team to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
  • Assist with job postings, outreach, and building talent pools.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in virtual staffing or a staffing agency.
  • Background in healthcare or medical staffing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage your own pipeline independently.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Workable, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, or similar platforms.
  • Available to work US Pacific Time (PST) hours.
  • Based in the Philippines.
