Description

  • Lead video screening calls with prospective instructors sourced by the recruiting team.
  • Evaluate candidates’ charisma, expertise, and teaching potential.
  • Pivot from interviewer to recruiter when a candidate is a fit and sell them on ELVTR’s mission and vision.
  • Politely decline senior leaders who do not meet instructor standards while protecting the brand image.
  • Move successful candidates into the production phase and ensure a smooth handoff to course creators.
  • Provide real-time feedback to the sourcing team to improve search criteria.
  • Manage a high volume of meetings and maintain organized records in the ATS/CRM.
  • Operate with schedule alignment to US business hours (EST/PST) and maintain a professional home office setup.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.
  • Exceptional English proficiency with strong verbal nuance and communication skills.
  • Ability to read the room and adapt tone to different personalities.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom.
  • Experience keeping records organized in an ATS/CRM such as HubSpot or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Availability to work during US business hours (EST/PST).
  • Ability to work from a quiet, professional home office environment.
