Description

  • Design the platform architecture for both the data plane and control plane.
  • Build and optimize a high-parallel crawler, session management, anti-bot bypass, and CAPTCHA-solving systems.
  • Develop the API, authorization, billing, quotas, and monitoring components.
  • Own the microservices infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Establish development and release processes and oversee code quality and technical decisions.
  • Research and implement browser- and network-level fingerprinting techniques such as JA3, TLS, and CDP.
  • Work on bypassing anti-bot protections from providers such as Cloudflare, Akamai, Qrator, ServicePipe, and Variti.
  • Set up DevOps and SRE practices, including Helm charts, scaling configuration, and SLA processes.
  • Organize monitoring with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
  • Drive reliability, incident debugging, and cost control for the platform.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in backend, data engineering, automation, or high-load systems.
  • Strong production web scraping experience with protected, dynamic, or JavaScript-heavy websites.
  • Experience with Python async stack; Go experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, Scrapy, browser automation, and CDP.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, TLS, HTTP/2, cookies, sessions, headers, and proxies.
  • Experience with Redis, queues or message brokers, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools.
  • Kubernetes experience is preferred; deep Kubernetes/SRE expertise is a plus, but not a hard blocker.
  • Ability to write clear technical documentation in English.
  • Ownership mindset with experience handling reliability, monitoring, incident debugging, and cost control.
