Description

  • Design reusable automation and orchestration patterns for assessment, reporting, evidence collection, testing, and implementation workflows.
  • Develop scripts, APIs, and integrations connecting approved enterprise tools and improving data movement across technical workstreams.
  • Automate recurring evidence collection and exception-based analysis using authoritative data sources.
  • Support reusable implementation tooling and standardized deployment or validation workflows.
  • Document automation architecture, dependencies, interfaces, security considerations, and operational handoff requirements.
  • Measure automation effectiveness and recommend improvements based on implementation lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation, integration, DevSecOps, or security engineering.
  • Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflow orchestration, or comparable automation technologies.
  • Experience integrating security, analytics, ticketing, and infrastructure platforms.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust, Federal cybersecurity controls, and secure automation practices.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, SOAR, or enterprise workflow platforms preferred.
  • Experience automating cybersecurity evidence and reporting preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Federal environments preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include Security+, CISSP, Azure Developer, AWS Developer, or a DevSecOps-related certification.
