Description

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with game content providers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to support mutual growth and performance.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including negotiations, contract signing, integrations, and ongoing cooperation.
  • Coordinate external provider-related processes across legal, technical, and commercial areas.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Integrations, Technical, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Account Management, and Sales.
  • Handle multiple parallel negotiations and tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Represent the company externally in communications with partners.
  • Maintain open dialogue and clearly communicate the company’s position during negotiations and ongoing cooperation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management, partnership management, account management, or sales roles.
  • Experience from other industries is acceptable; iGaming or gambling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage the full partnership cycle from negotiations to ongoing cooperation.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in dynamic situations.
  • Strong communication skills and professional business etiquette.
  • Analytical thinking, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency is required; Russian native level is required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
