Description

  • Design and document end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Define data models and integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Decide when to use declarative versus programmatic solutions, including Apex and LWC, to maintain platform health.
  • Translate business needs into technical blueprints in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Conduct code and configuration reviews to ensure best practices and alignment with standards.
  • Mentor developers and administrators to promote technical excellence and clean code.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design for Salesforce and oversee environment management and deployments across sandboxes and production.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues, optimize system performance, and address production incidents.
  • Lead technical discussions in Agile ceremonies and help Product Owners refine user stories and development estimates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, including at least 2+ years in a senior role.
  • Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce REST API.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns, including Pub/Sub, CDC, and Platform Events.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, and Gearset, and with modern CI/CD workflows.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  • Advanced English level is mandatory.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are required.
