Description

  • Own the travel eSIM roadmap in line with market demand and business goals.
  • Design, deliver, and manage the full lifecycle of new plans and product features.
  • Research traveler needs, market trends, and competitors to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Own the purchase-to-activation journey, including browsing, purchasing, QR/eSIM installation, and first connection.
  • Oversee product development and launches to meet quality and customer expectations.
  • Track conversion, activation, ARPU, repeat purchase, and corridor-level margins.
  • Manage the data-plan catalog and pricing by corridor, balancing costs, margins, and competition.
  • Collaborate with roaming and wholesale partners on coverage, capacity, and costs.
  • Write product requirements and coordinate prioritization across multiple scrum teams.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support on launches and ongoing performance.
  • Provide sales materials and support B2B onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience owning a consumer product end to end, from pricing through purchase, activation, and retention.
  • Experience defining, building, and shipping complex technical products.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and QA teams in an agile environment.
  • Experience facilitating technical product discussions and providing feedback on technical designs.
  • Working knowledge of eSIM technology.
  • Fluency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI for funnel analysis and independent A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, including translating technical or pricing constraints into business cases.
  • Experience with a major travel eSIM provider or competitor is preferred.
  • Experience in travel commerce, OTAs, airlines, or hospitality is preferred.
