Description

  • Own and evolve multi-year product strategy across web, mobile, and internal platforms.
  • Prioritize the product portfolio based on business impact, ROI, and team capacity.
  • Build transparent, data-driven roadmaps aligned across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.
  • Lead customer journey, transaction funnel, experimentation, conversion, retention, and lifetime-value improvements.
  • Guide UX and design strategy across IPSY’s product suite.
  • Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to resolve dependencies and align growth priorities.
  • Represent Product in executive and board-level discussions.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain product leaders and managers.
  • Establish scalable product processes, frameworks, and career paths.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, rigor, and customer focus.

Requirements

  • 12+ years building and scaling web, mobile, and internal platform product roadmaps, ideally in consumer, e-commerce, subscription, or marketplace businesses.
  • 10+ years in senior product leadership owning strategy for a multi-product portfolio.
  • Experience building scalable products that drive growth and revenue at high velocity and volume.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Computer Science, Design/HCI, or Economics preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to set product strategy, make build/buy/partner decisions, and defend trade-offs to executives and boards.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience, conversion optimization, retention, and lifetime value in subscription or e-commerce models.
  • Experience establishing metrics, experimentation practices, and decision frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in personalization, recommendations, and consumer product experiences.
  • Excellent executive communication, cross-functional influence, judgment, and design sensibility.
  • Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
